1. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are only confirmed once payment or a deposit is received. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.

2. Safety & Liability

While we prioritize safety, participation in marine activities involves inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our crew.

3. Tour Modifications

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries or cancel tours due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer rescheduling or a refund.
